The Green Corner Studios and Marketplace will soon employ a green roof on its facility.

A green roof partially or completely covers a building with vegetation to reduce storm water runoff, lower heating and cooling costs, and creates a more aesthetic view vs. regular roofs. Green roofs have gained popularity in US cities such as Chicago, Seattle and San Francisco.
